Plants are packed securely to protect soil and foliage during transit. Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery time typically ranges from 3–7 business days. Returns are accepted within 14 days for non-perishable accessories. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, returns are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged. Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
